AIA #92 The power of Journaling and Trees


I started writing a journal about a month ago and everyday I write a few things I am grateful for.

It might be a conversation with a friend or family member or the tress I get to see everyday or my Mac book computer or yoga.

I spend literally a minute writing it. But it seems to help my mood a lot.

I used to spend a lot of time thinking about what I don’t have.  I think a lot of us do this.  But even spending a few minutes thinking about what I do have helps my mood.

I think humans are seekers by nature.  And that’s great but what if we spend all are time seeking and never stop to enjoy what we have?
