When we can’t sleep.  It’s no fun.

When I can’t sleep I think how horrible I’m going to feel the next day.

Sleep hygiene is important.

But our bodies need Magnesium as well!

Most people don’t get enough Magnesium.  In fact most people are magnesium deficient!  You can get magnesium from leafy greens, dark chocolate, avocados and almonds.   Magnesium is needed for energy.
