I know know what you’re thinking, “Yes, but does taking a cold shower really work?”
The answer is yes!!!
I was skeptical as well. But cold showers have helped me relax and my overall mood is a lot more relaxed throughout the day.
If you take a cold shower or bath before bed you will sleep better. And the best part is it doesn’t cost a thing. Sometimes, I like to turn it on cold and then back to hot.
