I’ve been experimenting with interment fasting for about 2.5 years.
I’ll admit it’s a lot easier to do if you’re a meat eater than a vegetarian or vegan.
Before I started I thought it would be impossible for me to do. But with a little help from black coffee in the morning, I find it’s not that difficult.
The key seems to be keeping yourself busy.
